Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized, and award-winning public healthcare system, is one of the region’s leading providers of behavioral and mental health care. Our system consists of three hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA provides expert hospital care for adults with serious or acute mental health needs. We have adult units at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital.
CHA provides competitive salaries starting at $280,000! Full-time and part-time opportunities available at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital. Manageable call coverage. Fully integrated electronic medical record (EPIC) is utilized. Join a collegial group of multi-disciplinary staff of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses and Occupational Therapists.
CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and academic appointments are available commensurate with medical school criteria. CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full-time guaranteed base salary range of $280,000-$305,000 is based on years of experience.
This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities. Qualified candidates will be BC/BE in psychiatry and share CHA’s passion for providing the highest quality care to our underserved and diverse patient population.
