The Opportunity CGD are looking for a Senior Power Device Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will principally be the technical lead of research and innovation projects of the newest GaN power devices and ICs. These projects are highly multidisciplinary. The Senior Power Device Engineer will work with project managers, power device engineers, analog IC designers, packaging engineers and many more. You will be involved in Research.
