What are we looking for? We are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team in Cambridge. We recommend that, if interested in this role, you apply as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue recognition for overseas divisions
  • Perform debtor and deferred income reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs
  • Analyse financial performance, including payroll and marketing costs
  • Support audits with clear reconciliations and audit trails
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems (including CRM, Xero, Zoho)
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and general accounting tasks

Education

  • Part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA)

Experience

  • Experience in management accounting
  • Experience with Sage/Xero or international businesses (desirable)

  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Good communicator, able to work with non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-focused
