Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a Curriculum Information Officer to join OnCampus London.

Person Specification

  • Education: Minimum GCSE or equivalent qualification with English and Maths at a level A to D (Essential)
  • Experience: Working in an administrative position (Essential)
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills (Essential)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills (Essential)
  • Strong database and MS Office skills in particular Microsoft Excel (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Essential)

Responsibilities

  • Accurate administration and implementation of all aspects of the examinations and testing processes in accordance with the University partner and OnCampus Assessment Regulations.
  • Lead on aspects of curriculum management including all timetabling and communication to all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the student support team to implement the attendance policy, ensuring student attendance is maintained at a high level and in compliance with inspection, sponsorship, funding and centre regulations.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly attendance checks, following up absences in keeping with our Attendance Policy.
  • Treat all students and staff with respect and dignity.
  • Have regard for the need to safeguard students' well‑being, developing and maintaining a full understanding of current policies and procedures.
  • Show tolerance of and respect for the rights of others.
  • Maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality.
  • Help to create and maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
