Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a Curriculum Information Officer to join OnCampus London.
Person Specification
- Education: Minimum GCSE or equivalent qualification with English and Maths at a level A to D (Essential)
- Experience: Working in an administrative position (Essential)
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills (Essential)
- Strong problem‑solving skills (Essential)
- Strong database and MS Office skills in particular Microsoft Excel (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Essential)
Responsibilities
- Accurate administration and implementation of all aspects of the examinations and testing processes in accordance with the University partner and OnCampus Assessment Regulations.
- Lead on aspects of curriculum management including all timetabling and communication to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the student support team to implement the attendance policy, ensuring student attendance is maintained at a high level and in compliance with inspection, sponsorship, funding and centre regulations.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly attendance checks, following up absences in keeping with our Attendance Policy.
- Treat all students and staff with respect and dignity.
- Have regard for the need to safeguard students' well‑being, developing and maintaining a full understanding of current policies and procedures.
- Show tolerance of and respect for the rights of others.
- Maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality.
- Help to create and maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
