About The Role

The Logistics and Operations Coordinator Role will be responsible for the day to day running of Goods In and Goods Out at CDP. In this role you will be the front of Logistics and be responsible for Goods In, Goods Out, Warehousing and Logistics services. As part of the Operations team, you will also be required to assist on systems updates and be involved in numerous stages of the Project Lifecycle ecosystem. This is an onsite position, Monday-Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming deliveries and notifying the recipient of its arrival
  • Arrange domestic and international Goods-Out shipments
  • Assisting EOs with Goods-Out/customs enquiries
  • Track and record logistics KPIs
  • Daily systems updates
  • Process archive and disposal requests
  • Maintain a record of all archived project equipment
  • Completing hand carrying documentation
  • Supporting with opening and closing of projects
  • Assisting with other Operations tasks when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You

  • Attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Tools, and other office / creative packages
  • Previous experience in Goods In/Out
  • Ideally experienced with commodity codes and custom queries
  • Ideally experienced in International Export
