Office Administrator/Executive Assistant
Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a varied role ?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to join our team in Cambridge and play a key role in supporting our people, our office, and our Executive Leadership Team.
- Managing reception duties such as welcoming visitors and a nswering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Managing post, access cards, the car parking system and general office administration.
- Acting as a designated First Aider and Fire Evacuation Officer (training provided if required ).
- Supporting the organisation of workshops, conferences, and internal events.
- Coordinating catering for meeting and events and preparing refreshments for onsite meetings.
- Supporting the Executive Director with email management and calendar coordination.
- Supporting governance activities such as attending Board and Committee meetings and producing high-quality minutes, maintaining Board documentation and coordinating Trustee travel arrangements for in-person Board meetings.
- Take accurate notes and track actions from Executive Leadership Team meetings.
- Supporting HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
