We're recruiting a full time Team Manager for our Disabled Children's Referral and Access Team. If you're ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.

You will work alongside the Children with Disabilities Teams (0-18) and the Young Adults Team (18-25). You will also work closely with our in-house providers of short breaks, health and education professionals and a range of private and voluntary organisations.

We pride ourselves on providing our Social Workers and alternatively qualified staff with a friendly, safe and supportive environment to work.
