Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will work influentially and strategically across agendas including organisational design, organisational development, and culture (including equality, diversity and inclusion). You will be an experienced, inspiring and knowledgeable expert on the full range of people and workforce issues, including employee relations. We are looking for an impressive track record of leaving organisations stronger than you find them, and your credibility, integrity and resilience will set you apart.
