Overview

The Enhanced Response Service is a fast-paced service providing support to service users who trigger their telecare alarm and also working alongside the ambulance service in responding to non-injured falls. We work to promote independence and sign post service users to Partnership teams to provide care and support in a person-centred way. The post will require flexible working. This will include regular morning, evening and weekend shifts, as well as the ability and willingness to travel across the team geographical area.
