Cambridge County Council is seeking a part-time Social Worker in the Learning Disability Team.

You will assess needs, plan care and support, safeguard vulnerable adults, and work with health, housing and voluntary services to promote independence and safe community living.

You will contribute to safeguarding, care planning, and placement arrangements, attending MDTs and maintaining detailed records.

The role requires collaboration across partners and flexibility to travel countywide as needed.
