The Assistant Contracts Officer will join a small, collaborative team of three, providing essential support across a range of contract management activities within a fast-paced passenger transport environment. The role is responsible for overseeing key stages of the contract lifecycle, including the preparation and production of contracts, and ensuring accurate tracking and secure filing of completed agreements.
What will you be doing?
- The postholder will support broader contract management processes, such as reviewing contract terminations and assessing potential contract breaches, helping to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- The role also contributes to maintaining robust contract governance by supporting the wider team in monitoring adherence and promoting best practice across all contractual activities.
