We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Product & Proposition team, to be a subject matter expert within the bank for the lending and savings products. You would define and deliver our product and proposition strategy for Savings, Real Estate Finance (REF) and Asset Finance (AF), using customer, market and marketing insight to shape propositions that improve customer outcomes and drive sustainable growth.
You would develop and deliver initiatives to increase market share, customer acquisition and balances, own lifecycle management across all products, and produce high-quality business cases for new propositions and strategic growth initiatives, operating within robust governance, risk and control frameworks.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience in product, proposition and/or portfolio management within lending and savings, including strategy definition and proposition development.
- Marketing and customer insight capability, including segmentation, proposition positioning, channel insight and competitor analysis.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience designing and delivering growth initiatives and tracking outcomes through clear MI and benefits realisation.
- Experienced in end-to-end customer lifecycle management, identifying opportunities to improve journeys across acquisition, onboarding, servicing and retention.
- Highly developed business case and proposal writing skills, with the ability to assess options, quantify impacts, articulate risks and secure approvals through governance.
- Stakeholder leadership and communication skills, including the ability to produce and present papers for Product Governance forum and Customer and Product Committee.
- Demonstrable experience identifying, assessing and managing strategic partners and third parties, including negotiation, governance and performance oversight.
- Good understanding of relevant regulation and conduct expectations, with a customer-first approach and focus on delivering good outcomes (including Consumer Duty where applicable).
- Comfortable working with complex and/or ambiguous datasets, translating analysis into clear recommendations and actions.
