The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are looking for someone to identify and develop business opportunities and broker/professional relationships which will help the Bank achieve its strategic Business Plan across all facets of Real Estate Lending, including Bridging and Development Finance. The ideal candidate will generate the maximum amount of compliant profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets where you will continue to manage some of these cases through the life cycle, ensuring good customer outcomes and close monitoring for risk purposes.

You will support all aspects of the onboarding process and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer outcomes, meeting sales targets, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and bank processes and procedures. If you have a proven track record in business development and a knowledge of banking processes, we would love to hear from you!

About you

  • A proven record of success in business development and sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Proficient in driving sales to meet and exceed profitability targets, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • The ability to maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration.
  • A high level of financial and commercial awareness, including credit analysis
  • Excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impressive record of achieving targets
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • An understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements
  • An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services act
  • An appropriate knowledge and experience of sales and marketing, including keeping your own or the Banks database up to date.
