We are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, to support us with two key initiatives. As a priority, we will be working with partners KPMG to implement ‘Workday’ to provide general ledger and financial reporting capabilities as a replacement for existing systems (and therefore requiring a migration of data). Further to this, we will be working with PSL to deliver and upgrade our existing core servicing platform.

For both initiatives, you will provide assurance as to the quality of the systems delivered – specifically that our business processes can be successfully completed. As the Test Manager for the programme, you will work with the Programme Manager, Programme team, internal test resources, internal subject matter experts, and key delivery partners to deliver the end-to-end planning, management, governance, and successful delivery of all testing phases for both initiatives. This is a great opportunity for somebody to join a progressive firm to support with a key initiative to our growth. If you have the necessary skills, then we would like to hear from you.

About you

  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills – able to succinctly and clearly articulate testing critical paths and summarise progress and defects
  • Ability to manage a complex set of test activities with multiple interdependencies to the wider programme and portfolio

  • A pragmatic approach to delivering at pace within the Change Policy framework and a regulated environment

What we offer
