The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for someone to join our IT team on a 12 month FTC to provide operational user support for the Bank. This would be for user access management, fault management and system administration tasks for the Bank’s core software systems. You would act as a key liaison between internal business users and third-party providers of the Bank’s core software systems. If you have excellent attention to detail and are able to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy, then we would love to hear from you!

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and service desk tools
- Knowledge of hardware and operating systems
- Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
