The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month FTC to provide high quality service, support and to manage all aspects of existing customers’ savings accounts, including the online service.

Would you like to concentrate on the quality of the service you are providing, rather than call targets, wrap times, and cross selling? If you have proven customer service skills and the ability to understand and progress tasks in a clear and structured way, we would love to hear from you!

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of appropriate policies and regulations, including Conduct Risk, Treating Customers’ Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme
  • Attention to detail, proven to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organised and efficient approach
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector is preferred.
