The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Transformation team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be involved in initiatives across the Transformation portfolio working with internal business specialists, stakeholders and third-party IT suppliers to help deliver against our exciting and evolving change agenda.

You will deliver a range of activities including the documentation of business requirements, data analysis, mapping existing and to be processes and help define innovative solutions to meet business objectives. You will be an integral member of the Transformation team working alongside fellow business analysts, project managers and testers to deliver the change agenda.

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Data flows and data process mapping
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience working with business analysis and project management principles, e.g. RAID logs, Project plans, Business Requirements, Process Maps etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable experience / training in analysis methodologies (e.g. BCS certification in BA Practice and / or Requirements Engineering or equivalent)
  • Experience working with teams of internal employees, contractors and consultants across multiple locations
  • Previous experience of financial services is desirable
