Location: Leicester with hybrid working

Salary: £40,000-£42,000pa

We are looking for people to join our Asset Finance Team to manage the day-to-day relationships with a number of asset finance brokers. This would include uploading of proposals, communications with our brokers, and management of the documentation for successful payment of deals. The ideal candidate would act as the prime point of contact for brokers, along with our Underwriting and Operations teams. Could you effectively contribute to ensuring that we are regarded by the broker base as a “go to” funder? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

About you

  • Experience in an asset finance sales role, ideally externally facing and dealing with brokers.
  • Knowledge of the relevant rules under the financial services acts.
  • An appropriate level of financial and commercial awareness.
  • Appropriate sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a good working understanding of financial accounts.
  • A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements is desirable.
