The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

Location: Leicester with hybrid working

Salary: £55,000-£65,000pa

We are looking for someone who can provide insightful finance business partnering support, build relationships across the business, and help improve decision-making and performance. You will ensure business stakeholders understand and agree on assumptions and targets, which will be incorporated into robust financial models to support the Bank's strategy. About you

  • Excellent numerical skills with a recognised finance qualification
  • Banking sector experience, with knowledge of lending, capital considerations, and regulatory landscapes
  • Excellent MS Excel and modelling skills, and proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience of driver‑based analysis, cost allocation, developing pricing tools
  • Ability to improve and automate financial processes
  • Solid business and commercial acumen
  • The ability to build collaborative relationships and influence at every level across the business
  • Ability to handle high volumes of complex and technical information and distil into clear messages to impacted stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness to the needs of the wider Finance & Treasury team, whilst ensuring quality support to the business is always maintained
