Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments - and ready to go beyond traditional support? This role combines high-level executive assistance with contribution to planning and content development. If you’re highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders, this is an opportunity to make a real impact at the heart of our global organisation.
In this role, you’ll provide high-level support to the CEO as they lead our global organisation, while also collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless business support. You’ll not only manage complex scheduling and logistics for the CEO but also play an active role in shaping plans, drafting documents, to accelerate the productivity of the CEO office.
As a digital native, with proficient Microsoft Office skills and modern collaboration tools - including AI solutions like Microsoft Copilot - you’ll help turn meeting output into actionable plans.
Please note; the job holder is expected to be predominantly office-based but with the flexibility for home working ~ 1 day a week.
