We are looking for a strong and professional recruiter, who is proactive and passionate about providing the best candidate experience.
You will play a key role in adding value to the business by attracting and recruiting professionals across multiple disciplines. You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure Cambridge Consultants are engaging with the best possible talent, using current and creative attraction methods. You will be playing a pivotal part in the transformation of the business. Specific Responsibilities- Identify potential talent using LinkedIn or other creative means
- Run the recruitment process from start to finish:
- Work with hiring teams to shape job descriptions, ensuring they are written to attract diverse and high-calibre applicants
- Evaluate the calibre of direct applicants and discuss potential talent with hiring managers
- Utilise knowledge of relevant markets to identify organisations that we can attract talent from
- Interview candidates to understand their motivations, alignment with our values and sell CC as a leading employer in Deep Tech
- Establish yourself as an expert and trusted partner to key stakeholders across the organisation
- Demonstrable and successful experience of identifying hard to find skill sets
- A strong track record of using LinkedIn tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn recruiter
- An energetic approach
- Experience with managing stakeholders
- Confidence in using your own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
