Due to an increased workload, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Your role will predominantly support our Senior Recruiters with their busy workloads, by taking ownership of part of the recruitment life-cycle. You’ll use your recruitment experience to ensure applicants have the best possible experience, whilst also managing and supporting the recruitment process, and guiding our Hiring Managers. We’re able to offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, but you must be able to visit the office as and when the job requires. You should also be able to start immediately or within a few weeks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review and assess CVs against role requirements, following briefings from Senior Recruiters on hiring manager expectations.
- Make informed decisions on whether candidates should progress or be rejected at application stage.
- Ensure a fair, consistent, and inclusive approach to CV screening.
- Attend internal briefing meetings prior to candidate interviews.
- Provide feedback and requirements to Senior Recruiters to support effective interview scheduling and delivery.
- Manage rejection communications for candidates who have completed a first-stage interview but are not progressing.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during early recruitment stages, responding to queries professionally and promptly.
- Handle early-stage recruitment queries from internal stakeholders (e.g. hiring managers).
- Provide clear, accurate guidance on recruitment processes and timelines.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to Senior Recruiters.
- Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS.
- Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with internal processes and data protection requirements.
About you:
We’re looking for someone with the following skills for experience:
- Experience within in-house recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for early careers and/or technical (STEM) roles.
- Confidence in CV screening and early-stage decision making.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS (or similar applicant tracking systems).
- Prior experience working closely with hiring managers and interview panels.
