Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with collating New Starters information for payroll set-up
  • Collating information such as changes in personal details for update to payroll
  • Assist with Payroll Inbox admin
  • Holiday Record Adjustments and Reconciliations & Holiday Buy Admin
  • Contacting employees to check and agree holiday bookings
  • Private Medical Health – keeping records updated online and reconciling annually for policy renewal
  • Travel Insurance – keeping records updated and reconciling annually for policy renewal
  • Administer Employee Share Option Scheme including deduction calculations and refunds for scheme leavers
  • Cycle Scheme account administration
  • Relocation Administration
  • Calculation of statutory/company payments for Statutory Maternity Pay/Statutory Paternity Pay/Shared Parental Pay etc
  • Set up Pension Inductions invites and collation of new starter info for pension set-up
  • Assist with Pension Administration and Upload
  • Assist with payroll queries
  • Weekly help with expenses processing
  • Assist with other ad-hoc activities within the accounts team (ie Travel Bookings via credit card, help with monthly credit card etc, Purchase Ledger)
