Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Location: On-site, with some hybrid working available

Salary: £24,200 - £24,440

The Role: This is a key role within our quality team with tasks to include:

  • Provide technical support
  • Supporting customer and supplier complaint investigations
  • Completing customer portals and questionnaires
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Interpretation of test results and understanding technical specifications
  • Validation of technical documents

The requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have these essential skills and attributes:

  • IT literate with proficiency in key Microsoft packages
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
