Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our Brain Health Technologies department, supporting an exciting new product area that is still in the early stages of its development and regulatory roadmap. This is the next phase of an ambitious journey, bringing objective measures of cognition into healthcare systems, wearables, and health and wellness applications, and integrating them into the tools clinicians and consumers rely on every day. This is a broad, high-visibility role: working directly alongside the VP, Brain Health Technologies, you will operate across the full breadth of the business unit and engage with senior stakeholders and teams throughout the organisation. This is a role for a highly self-starting individual with a high level of curiosity, energised by the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage product. You will sit at the heart of the CANTAB Pathway product across the Healthcare and Consumer markets, responsible for driving product development and launch readiness and for getting the offering successfully out the door, building on our established academic and clinical position. You will own the insight, customer understanding, and cross-functional coordination needed to accelerate deployment, with the scope and exposure to make a visible impact on the future of the business unit.

What you’ll be doing

  • Day to day, you will move between strategy and orchestration, driving product development and launch readiness for the CANTAB Pathway across the Healthcare and Consumer markets, and making sure the value proposition, positioning, and the supporting science, marketing, commercial and sales strategies are in place.
  • You own the plan and the insight, and you work through our Product, Scientific, Marketing, Commercial and Sales teams to bring it to life.
  • The breadth of the role means no two weeks look the same, and your work will be seen across the business.
  • You will keep initiatives moving as an organiser and connector, working closely with the VP and partnering with teams across the business to turn plans into launch-ready progress.

Product Development

  • Drive the development of the CANTAB Pathway product, partnering with the VP to shape and own the roadmap for the Healthcare and Consumer markets, with a clear focus on getting the offering launched.
  • Lead the market research and customer insight that underpins the product, translating customer, market, and clinical insight into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Own and maintain the target product profile, and map the customer journeys across the Healthcare and Consumer markets that inform product and launch decisions.
  • Work closely with established customers to test, validate, and refine new product concepts in a developing area.
  • Bring a curious, self-starting mindset to identifying opportunities to bring objective measures of cognition into healthcare systems, wearables, and health and wellness applications.

Value Proposition & Market Positioning

  • Work in partnership with our Commercial, Marketing, Science and other teams to make sure the value proposition, positioning, segmentation and targeting for the CANTAB Pathway are clear and aligned.
  • Take accountability for the supporting strategy documents across science, marketing, commercial and sales being in place and aligned.
  • Be accountable for the evolving scientific strategy being in place, partnering with our Science team to define the evidence needed across healthcare, wearable, and wellness applications.
  • Be accountable for the marketing strategy being in place, working with Marketing on the value proposition, positioning and materials.
  • Develop and maintain the ideal customer profile, working with our Commercial and inside sales functions to inform account prioritisation.

Project Management

  • Work with the VP of Brain Health Technologies and our Quality and Regulatory teams to deliver against project timelines for CE marking and FDA approvals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities, keeping initiatives clear, on track, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate technical detail into accessible, compelling product and marketing outputs.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, outputs, and how we position our offering in market.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in product marketing or product management within a life sciences, healthcare, or technology environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality, commercially sound outputs that make a tangible impact.
  • A highly self-starting individual with a high level of curiosity, comfortable taking ownership in a new and evolving product area.
  • Strong experience in at least two of: product development support, marketing, value proposition development, with the ability to apply critical thinking and challenge constructively.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness, with the ability to balance detail with the broader strategic picture.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally, building effective relationships with established customers and aligning stakeholders to shared goals.
  • Demonstrable product launch experience, with the ability to drive a product from development through to market.
  • Proven internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with team members at all levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.

Desirable Skills And Experience

  • A working style that encourages open dialogue, continuous learning, and a willingness to explore new ideas and improve ways of working.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with colleagues and customers.
  • Analytical and curious mindset, comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience using CRM systems and contributing to data-driven decision making.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, while remaining adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, staying focused, delivering quality work, and meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and working collaboratively to find practical, effective solutions.

What we can offer you

  • Be part of a driven team to achieve commercial success and make an extraordinary impact on global health.
  • Flexibility via our Flexi Day Scheme.
  • 26 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays (including 3 days for Christmas break) with a holiday buy/sell scheme.
  • Generous pension with up to 6.5% company contribution.
  • Life assurance 4x base salary.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Private Health Insurance - Bupa Insurance, Medicash Health Cashback Scheme.
