We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across the Cultural Services team. The role has a strong focus on digital channels, including website and social media, alongside providing on‑site marketing support for cultural venues and events. This is a varied, hands‑on role, ideal for someone with a keen interest in arts, culture, and audience engagement.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience working with digital content management systems and sharing content on digital channels, who is familiar with social media and email marketing. Previous experience in an arts context would be beneficial.

Hours: 22.2 hours per week.

Working Pattern: 3 days a week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £29,540 - £32,061 per annum (City Pay Band 3), pro rata for part time.

Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
