You will lead, motivate and empower your team to ensure effective delivery of customer focused services in relation to interpersonal and Environmental ASB. In addition, you will carry out the full range of duties within the interpersonal and Environmental ASB team from basic investigations to the most complex cases.

About You: To assist us in delivering the team priorities we are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Experience of carrying out investigations relating to interpersonal and Environmental anti-social behaviour.
  • A good understanding of the issues surrounding crime and anti-social behaviour.
  • Good knowledge of current Government legislation and tools available to deal with ASB.
  • A background in problem resolution and enforcement processes.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for partnership working.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations on an individual and group level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Case file management.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Due to the nature of this position, you will need to be able to travel around the city for appointments and meetings (some of which may be in the evening or occasional weekends) (by car or bike).

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Salary: GBP 40,476 - GBP 45,718 (City Pay Band 6), pro rata for part time.
