About You We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional who shares our passion for excellence in building control. You will bring: Registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a Building Inspector Class 2 Strong knowledge of building regulations, including fire safety, accessibility, and energy performance. Proficiency in examining Principal Designers plans, conducting site inspections, compiling detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records. A proven ability to manage projects and deliver outstanding customer service. competency to work independently Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel across our partnership area.
