In this key role, you¼ work on essential administrative and project coordination tasks such as managing diaries, preparing reports, and creating engaging presentations, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. If you thrive on juggling priorities, communicating clearly, and keeping things on track behind the scenes, we love to hear from you.
Ideally, you¼ bring experience from the cultural sector, along with strong project management and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and confidence using tools like MS Office and project tracking software. You¼ be part of a creative and collaborative team, delivering a wide range of cultural initiatives that engage and inspire our communities.

Hours: This is a part-time role, for 21 hours per week. If you believe you have the skills and experience to join us and would like to discuss different working patterns, then please do get in touch.
Contract: Fixed Term – 18-months
Salary: £31,586 – £35,235 per annum (City Pay Band 4), pro rata for part time.
Location: We operate a hybrid working week; however, we do ask that the successful candidate is able to work form the office at least two days per week.
