The Venue Team are key to the customer experience, ensuring that all events are delivered to the highest standards, creating lasting memories for all customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced events management position where you will play a leading role in the front of house team to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the venues is delivered effectively.
You will be involved in planning the delivery of individual events, activities and projects; liaising with members of other teams, including technical, programming, box office, and finance, as well as with external promoters to deliver world-class events. The venue will be your responsibility during events, ensuring that it operates safely and effectively, in line with all relevant policies and legislation, including licensing, health and safety, and safeguarding.
You will brief and direct a large event team made up of stewards, security, bar staff and others. You will need to keep accurate event and financial records and write and submit daily show reports.

Hours: 0hrs pro rota, to include weekend and evening working.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £19.32 - £41,771 per hour + enhancements for weekend and bank holiday working. (City Pay Band 5 - £37,280 - £41,771)
