We are recruiting for a fixed term Housing Advisor to work in our busy Housing Advice Service. The role is responsible for carrying out statutory functions under homelessness legislation; offering tailored housing advice and options to prevent and relieve homelessness and advising on the rights of tenants under housing laws.
If you have experience of working within homelessness legislation, landlord and tenant law or have practical experience of decision making and offering complex advice to customers with a range of needs; the ability to work under pressure on your own initiative and as part of a busy team, and enjoy a challenge, then we would like to hear from you. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this post.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2028
Salary: £37,280 - £41,771 per annum (City Pay Band 5)
Location: Our Mandela House office in Cambridge with some flexibility to work from home.
