We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with previous experience using digital content management systems and sharing content across digital channels. You will be confident using social media and email marketing tools, and comfortable adapting content for different audiences and platforms. Experience working within an arts or cultural context would be beneficial, but is not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative approach and willingness to support a busy team are essential.
This role supports the delivery of marketing, communications and development activity across Cultural Services, with a particular focus on funding research, developing new contacts, and preparing presentation materials. The postholder will also support information and data management, reporting processes, and the maintenance of website and social media content. Working closely with the marketing and fundraising/sponsorship team, you will contribute to a range of campaigns and projects, helping to strengthen engagement, visibility and income generation across the service.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week. Although the role is advertised as full time, if you believe you have the skills and experience to join us and would like to discuss different working patterns, please do get in touch.
Working Pattern: 5 days a week, occasional evening and weekend work required
Contract: Fixed term, 18 month contract
Salary: £29,540 - £32,061 per annum (City Pay Band 3), pro rata for part time.
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
