We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to help deliver our Digital, Data and Technology Programme. You’ll lead projects that improve services and make the best use of our technology, working closely with teams across the council and with external partners. You’ll act as both a delivery expert and a key point of coordination, ensuring projects are aligned with our wider goals and delivered in a consistent, professional way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of digital projects from discovery through to implementation
- Work closely with ICT partners, suppliers and internal teams to keep work on track
- Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure key milestones are met
- Identify and implement the right digital solutions, making best use of existing systems
- Support and improve key systems, including housing platforms
- Improve processes and help create better digital experiences for customers
- Build strong relationships and support collaboration across teams
- Provide guidance and support to business analysts

- Experience delivering digital or IT projects in a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Able to manage suppliers and multiple workstreams
