About You: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional who shares our passion for excellence in building control. You will bring:
- Registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a Building Inspector Class 2.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, including fire safety, accessibility, and energy performance.
- Proficiency in examining Principal Designers' plans, conducting site inspections, compiling detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- A proven ability to manage projects and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Competency to work independently.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel across our partnership area.
