Cambridge City Council is seeking a Housing Advisor (Out of Hospital) to join the Housing Advice team. You will hold a caseload, undertake homelessness functions and provide tailored housing advice to prevent homelessness for people discharged from hospital, while liaising with health services and attending MDT meetings to promote referrals.
This is a part-time role (22.2 hours/week), fixed term to 31 March 2029, based in central Cambridge with some home-working flexibility.
