You will hold a caseload, carrying out statutory functions under homelessness legislation; offering tailored housing advice and options to prevent and relieve homelessness and advising on the rights of tenants under housing laws.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to build positive relationships with customers and partner agencies, and remain calm and resilient under pressure.
