Cambridge City Council is seeking two permanent Damp and Mould Co-ordinators to join the Homes and Properties team in Cambridge.
You will take ownership of damp, condensation and mould cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and meet Awaab’s Law requirements.
In this role you will manage end-to-end cases, coordinate repairs with tenants and contractors, monitor performance, maintain records and produce insightful reports.
