Teaching Assistant – Computational Fluid Dynamics (Online, Part-Time)

We are seeking a PhD candidate (or above) from a top university with a strong background in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)—ideally with experience in external aerodynamics—to support student researchers as they develop their projects. The course will be led by a professor from a leading university. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide supplementary teaching in a small-group setting, with the opportunity to work closely with highly motivated and talented students.

Commitment: 1 teaching hour per week for 13 weeks

Format: Online

Responsibilities

  • Lead a weekly 1-hour online TA session
  • Support students on CFD projects in external aerodynamics (e.g., wings, UAVs, cars, and other aerodynamic shapes)
  • Explain CFD concepts and applications in an accessible way
  • Guide research ideas and provide constructive feedback on project work and writing

Requirements

  • Current PhD candidate or above at a leading university
  • Strong background in CFD (with emphasis on external aerodynamics)
  • Enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring
  • Reliable and able to commit to the full programme duration
