Housed on a lively cross-road on Mill Road, Scotts is a bright and airy space serving sourdough pizza & brunch. We are currently open Tuesday-Sunday, with varying shifts available throughout the week. On Sundays we close at 3pm.
The Pay
The quoted rate is inclusive of tips. The base rate is £31,000 per annum. Tips are then added on top (through a Tronc system). Tips for full time chefs work out at approximately £4/£4.50 per hour.
Our Cuisine
We are well known for our brunch offering in the daytime, at which time we also serve Neapolitan Style Pizzas. In the evening we also serve Detroit Style Pizzas and have a bi-weekly Taco Tuesday event so an interest in Mexican cuisine is desirable.
The role
As a member of Scotts you will be part of a fast paced, popular independent eatery. We are looking for an enthusiastic & organised chef! Your main role will be to assist pizza and brunch shifts, and ensure that all prep and due diligence is kept on top of.
