About The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role at Cambridge Audio. As Head of Marketing, you are responsible for defining and delivering the marketing strategy that drives both brand growth and commercial performance across all channels - including direct-to-consumer, Amazon, distributors, and retail partners. You will act as the commercial counterpart to the Head of Sales, working closely to align plans, shape priorities, and ensure marketing plays a central role in achieving business targets. You will take full ownership of product marketing - using customer and market insight to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring our products land with clarity and impact in every channel. You will define how marketing supports the full customer journey - from demand creation through to conversion and retention - ensuring strong alignment with ecommerce and sales across all touchpoints, and clear ownership of what marketing must deliver to drive performance. This role requires a balance of leadership and execution. You will set direction, build frameworks, and ensure the right work is delivered - while empowering the team and external partners to execute at pace and scale. You will also evolve how marketing operates by embedding AI, automation, and data into workflows - increasing speed, effectiveness, and insight while maintaining the craft, precision, and quality that define Cambridge Audio.
