Senior Investment Director, Endowment develop relationships with clients, including Investment Committees, CIO/CFO of client institutions, outside advisors, etc. Represent Cambridge Associates externally through marketing presentations, conferences and other business development opportunities Team Management: Oversight of analyst/associate level team members, which includes training and mentoring needs, performance reviews, and career development, and daily oversight to ensure high quality deliverables. Qualifications BA/BS required. An MBA or CFA strongly preferred 6-10 years of investment experience gained from work at an investment firm or a large institutional investor, or family office Demonstrated investment knowledge and analytical skills Strong communication and relationship management skills Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously Able to work effectively with autonomy and collaborate effectively with integrated team Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship or restriction now or in the future Employees of Cambridge Associates Ltd or an affiliated firm, are prohibited from employment or other association with any company, organization, business, or other entity that is involved in any way with the securities or financial services industry except for those entities that are directly affiliated with Cambridge Associates Ltd/GmbH.
