Requirements:
- Preference for finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Strong, demonstrated interest in private equity, in both direct and secondary investments.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, transaction structures, and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proven secondary transactional process and deal management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and initiative.
- Self-starter with a high degree of independence, sound judgment, and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated command of written English communication and strong business writing skills.
- Ability and willingness to engage in conversation with internal and external parties, including senior investment professionals.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with secondary transaction models and additional analytical tools.
- Ability to work both independently and on a team under tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must be eligible to work without restriction in the UK.

Base salary range for this role: Pay Range Minimum: 86000 Pay Range Maximum: 115200. In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
