Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns for various non-U. S. entities; ensure timely filing and compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
- Support direct and indirect tax compliance across EMEA and Asia Pacific, including FATCA, CRS, and other filings.
- Reconcile books and tax records to ensure accuracy and completeness; analyse internal tax files and support tax reporting requirements.
- Assist with annual audits and tax assessments; liaise with Operations and Accounting to understand tax implications of business decisions, new clients, and other items.
- Be the primary point of contact with external tax advisers to ensure timely tax filings; communicate tax matters, progress, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation; contribute to continual best practices within the tax department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tax (preferred), accounting, or finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and taxation; experience with international taxes (tax provisioning or international corporate income tax compliance).
- Experience with business taxes and indirect taxes (VAT/GST) a plus.
- Working with Oracle reports and systems a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills; strong oral and written communication with discretion handling sensitive information, including compensation.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: Minimum 56,400; Maximum 73,300.
In addition, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Actual placement within the salary range will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
