Senior Investment Director, Endowment develop relationships with clients, including Investment Committees, CIO/CFO of client institutions, outside advisors, etc. Represent Cambridge Associates externally through marketing presentations, conferences and other business development opportunities.
Team Management: Oversight of analyst/associate level team members, which includes training and mentoring needs, performance reviews, and career development, and daily oversight to ensure high quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- An MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
- 6-10 years of investment experience gained from work at an investment firm or a large institutional investor, or family office.
- Demonstrated investment knowledge and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work effectively with autonomy and collaborate effectively with integrated team.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship or restriction now or in the future.
