Cambridge Associates is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior HC Coordinator within APAC Human Capital Function, reporting to the Regional HC Director, APAC. This individual will play a key role in supporting employees and stakeholders across APAC, ensuring exceptional employee experience. The Senior HC Coordinator will undertake a range of operational, administrative and first-level Human Capital tasks under the guidance of the Associate HCBP, handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality and a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Execute and administer comprehensive HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract and document management, transfers, probation confirmations, and maintenance of employee files—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity, with regular updates to contractual and communication materials in consultation with Associate HCBPs. Facilitate the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records for the region and conduct quarterly audits of the Human Resource Information System. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities such as 90-day check-ins and ensuring seamless experience for employees and escalating issues or summarizing trends to the Director/Associate HCBP. Manage offboarding activities, including exit process, exit emails, exit interviews and coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth transit for employees leaving CA. Provide direct support to employees and managers by responding to HR-related queries, assisting with HRIS transactions, and guiding them through HR processes and policies, taking guidance from Associate HCBP as appropriate. Complete employment verification requests, support the administration of employee requests, as well as other ad-hoc HR tasks. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on employee data, metrics, and HC initiatives, summarizing output as needed for management and stakeholders. Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HC policies, guidelines, and procedures inline with organizational needs and best practices.
  • HCBP Support & Employee Experience: Support HCBP work and projects by creating, maintaining, and administering templates, letters, documents, and files. Help coordinate HC new hire training and other talent development programs. Serve as a back-up for HC in APAC across a variety of work and activities, ensuring continuity of support.
  • Government and Immigration Support: In Singapore: Manage work visa and different pass applications (EP/DP/LTVP), renewals, and cancellations, updating of passholders’ details (e.g. changes in residential address, marital status etc.) on the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) portal and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MOM guidelines. Prepare relevant paperwork to assist employees with their PR applications. Complete and submit government surveys and statutory reports (e.g. from MAS, MOM, IMDA etc.). In other APAC locations: collaborating with immigration vendors for visa applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare monthly payroll memos and support documentation and liaise with payroll team on various payroll related matters escalating as needed to the Associate BP. Collaborate with workplace operation team as needed to administer policy, implement employee benefits and benefit teams as needed. Administer employee benefits and include liaising with office managers, for claims management. Ensure accurate administration of statutory contributions and filings (e.g., CPF, IRAS), working closely with payroll vendors and handling calculations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working in an administrative or HC support role within financial services or professional services.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst maintaining high attention to details is essential.
  • Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office products, familiar around Workday HRIS system is a plus.
  • High level of integrity in maintaining discretion in confidential discussions and scenarios; ability to recognize when and how to escape effectively.
  • Experience of working in a small team demonstrating ability to act in a true generalist role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with prompt follow through, and time management required.
  • Proactive and engaging approach to building stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Able to demonstrate effectively identifying the need to make changes (e.g. in policy or process) gaining agreement to changes and seeing them through to a successful conclusion.
