Cambridge Arts Theatre is currently undergoing a transformational redevelopment of the main auditorium. As we look to the future, we’re entering a bold new chapter – there’s never been a more exciting time to join us.

Cambridge Arts Theatre are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations & Audience Experience to lead the theatre’s strategies for safety and welcoming audience members. They will also be responsible for driving sustainable commercial income opportunities.
