We are looking for a Capture owning the strategy, coordination, and execution required to win. You will bring structure, pace, and commercial rigor to how we pursue and secure complex defence contracts.
Responsibilities
- Own capture strategy for priority defence opportunities from early engagement through to contract award
- Lead cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Engineering, Finance) to deliver coherent, competitive bids
- Define and drive win strategies based on customer insight, competitive positioning, and solution strengths
- Structure and manage bid processes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Own proposal quality, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment to customer requirements
- Lead pricing and commercial structuring in collaboration with Finance and Growth
- Maintain senior stakeholder alignment internally and with external partners
Requirements
- Experience leading capture, bid management, or complex programme pursuits
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or similarly complex procurement environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against hard deadlines
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to shape competitive win strategies
