We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to help support and enable Cambridge Aerospace's next stage of growth. Responsible for delivering high‑quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights to support decision‑making across a multi‑entity, multi‑currency organisation, the role will play a key part in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and providing clear commercial analysis to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and planning across multiple legal entities
  • Own cash flow and liquidity forecasting, including short‑ and medium‑term funding projections
  • Build and maintain robust revenue, cost, margin, and scenario planning models
  • Manage financial planning and reporting across multicurrency entities, including FX analysis and impacts
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision‑making
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and models to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare month‑end, year‑end, and board‑level reporting, including variance analysis, investment appraisals, and support for transfer pricing and R&D initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role at manager level or equivalent
  • Strong experience working in multi‑entity and multicurrency environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash flow forecasting and financial modelling
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning or reporting systems desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high‑growth environments
