About the role

We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to join the Private Property team in our Lydney office. Working closely with our partners and experienced colleagues, you'll become part of a friendly, collaborative team with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential property matters. In this role your work will include:

  • Opening new matters and closing completed ones in accordance with team and Firm procedures
  • Matter management to include use of digital onboarding portal, client care packs, liaising with clients, scanning, archiving, photocopying and basic finance duties
  • Database administration and updating online portals
  • Other administration tasks as delegated by members of the Team

It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.

About you

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience of providing basic administrative support, preferably within professional services (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Case Management systems (desirable)
